Statewide Stakeholder Engagement Programme

Senatorial District Consultation Framework

Borno Central, North, and South Rounds: Organized and completed three major multi-day regional engagement workshops.

Borno Central (Maiduguri Hub): Hosted 120 regional cooperative leaders and executives from the Kenem Livestock Breeders Association to align on artificial insemination logistics.

Borno North & South Hubs (Biu and Damasak Enclaves): Conducted outreach workshops mapping local seasonal migration paths and grazing constraints with localized traditional leadership.

Grassroots Pastoralist Community Missions

Field Engagement Execution: Dispatched specialized community outreach teams directly into primary grazing blocks and rural settlements. The teams engaged over 450 community heads and Fulani Ardos (communal lineage guides), addressing cultural trust barriers regarding digital documentation and the introduction of advanced reproductive tracking technologies.

Multi-Language Public Sensitization Drive

Radio & Audio Broadcast Scripting: Developed and broadcasted continuous instructional programs over state radio networks. All informational content was natively translated and produced in Hausa and Kanuri audio formats, explicitly explaining how artificial insemination prevents reproductive diseases and maximizes calf sales pricing.
